1. Controller

2. Data we process
What you give us in the pre-registration form: name or alias, email, country, platform, how you heard about us (optional), confirmation that you are 18 or older, and whether you want news. As proof of consent we also keep the date and time, the version of the text you accepted and a pseudonymous connection identifier (a keyed hash of your IP address; the IP itself is not stored). No analytics or advertising cookies. Cookieless visit statistics (page, referring domain, utm parameters, browser language, approximate country from the language header your browser already sends, device type, browser and OS) with a key that only exists in server memory for one day and is never stored, so you cannot be identified or followed across days; nothing is counted if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control; kept 13 months (legitimate interest). An anti-abuse log keeps keyed hashes of the connection and the email (never the raw values) for 48 hours. All fields are needed for your place except “how did you hear about us” and the news box.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Managing your Early Access place (your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Sending news only if you tick that separate box (your consent). Preventing abuse of the form (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The public counter shows only an aggregate number.
4. Double opt-in
You are only on the list after pressing the confirm button on the page linked from our email. Links expire after 72 hours and unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted automatically when they do. If someone entered your email, you get only that email (never more than three a day); ignore it and the data is deleted.
5. Retention
For the duration of Early Access and at most 6 months after the game launches, unless you leave earlier.
6. Recipients
We never sell or share your data. Only our hosting and email-delivery providers process it on our behalf, under contract.
7. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdrawal of consent at any time, by writing to legal@elephantpink.com. Every email has an unsubscribe link: delete your whole sign-up, or just stop the news and keep your place. We make no automated decisions or profiles. You can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
8. Age
Marbella Zero is a horror game with explicit violence. Early Access is for people aged 18 or over.
